Thakur is the latest sensation of this Indian team and the best death-over specialist. He is also capable of the big hits as a batter, which will be a massive plus for the team during the games.
10. Jasprit Bumrah
Jasprit Bumrah is another golden boy of the team with his lethal bowling style. The advantage is that he can bowl at all stages of an inning, and he is also a player who cannot miss the squad.
11. Mohammed Shami
Mohammad Shami completes the lethal Indian pace attack with Bumrah and Kumar. His pace and seam will be invaluable to restrict the batsmen from scoring too many runs.
Ashwin is an automatic selection because of the slow nature of the pitches in the UAE and Oman where the T20 World Cup will be played. Ashwin is also dependable with the bat and should find a place in the squad.
