Ravichandran Ashwin, commonly known as Ash, is a tall Indian off-spinner. He joined cricket as a mystery spinner and later showed his carrom ball batting skills. His motivation was from a Sri Lankan cricketer Ajantha Mendis. In his first-class cricket, he used his long fingers to work on the move. Since he joined cricket, he has become a regular in the Indian Test team and plays as an all-rounder. His effort has taken the team to number one in the ICC rankings.
