Chennai Super Kings Defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore and Won by 6 Wickets

Royal Challengers Bangalore locked horns with the Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2021 on Friday, September 24. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will face CSK in the 35th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

IPL 2021 match prediction says Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will enter the encounter with a win under their belt. On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) would be coming into the game with a loss on their record. Well, looks like the prediction turned out to be true this time too. In the previous match, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) were humiliated by Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Notably, they were bowled out for 92 runs, with influential names like Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, and Ab De Villiers unable to contribute meaningful runs. With 22 runs, Devdutt Padikkal was the team’s leading scorer at 70(50). When it came time to defend the target, the bowlers lacked confidence and had a wrong approach, resulting in Bangalore losing the game by nine wickets.

Notably, the significant loss of 9 wickets wreaked havoc on their Net Run Rate. On the other side, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) were fantastic in their first IPL 2021 UAE encounter against arch-rivals Mumbai Indians (MI). They endured a collapse as they batted first and were reduced to 24/4. The RCB vs CSK match was a great match.

Ruturaj Gaikwad, on the other hand, salvaged Chennai Super Kings by scoring an impressive 88 runs. Dwyane Bravo also had a fantastic cameo of 23 runs, which helped CSK score 156 runs. When CSK arrived on the field to defend the target, all of the Pacers looked fantastic, and every one of them took at least one wicket. In addition, they were able to stop Mumbai Indians at 136 runs and win by a comfortable margin of 20 runs.
