Top Run Scorers in T20 World Cup 2021
With the mega event on the horizon, the T20 World Cup 2021 is generating excitement amongst the fans. Besides, this year’s World Cup is special. It is the first ICC limited-overs event after two years. On October 17, the T20 World Cup 2021 will kick off, and the tournament final will be played on November 14.
It was initially scheduled to kick off in 2020 but the plan was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event was supposed to be held in India. However, the COVID-19 situation made it too dangerous to have a big cricket tournament in a nation with a massive population. Therefore, four new venues were set up in the UAE and Oman, namely Muscat, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, to replace India.
