The franchise has declared that they wish to prepare for the 2nd phase of the IPL 2021 that starts from 10th September 2021 onwards. The Chennai Super King has confirmed that the BCCI has given all the IPL teams to depart after 10th August 2021. So, CSK decided to leave within 13th August or 14th August. The franchise has also announced that they will immediately start the practice session after reaching the desert country. They will begin their IPL 2021 in UAE by going up against the defending champions, Mumbai Indians. The Men in Yellow looks way more robust than before, and players like Suresh Raina, Dwayne Bravo, MS Dhoni have a significant role to play.
Chennai Super Kings have declared that they are pretty positive that the English players will be available for the remaining IPL 2021. Since the Bangladesh-England series has been postponed, there is a high chance for the English players to participate in the league. Bangladesh and England were set to play three T20s and three ODI during September-October while keeping their eyes fixated on the T20 World Cup.
