Yet another year comes sprawling with the greatest entertainment for cricket lovers, the Indian Premier League 2021 knocking right around the corner. The tournament is scheduled to begin on the 9th of April, 2021. The matches are to be held across India in six cities, namely Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru. However, due to the rising COVID cases, public viewing of matches has been prohibited until the situation improves.

All you need to do is visit one of these official websites, select your preferred venue and team, pick on the date you want to watch the live match, and proceed towards payment to confirm your booking. 


As offline options, fans can get first-hand copies of tickets from the stadium counter directly. They can even opt for home delivery of the tickets. In that case, they would receive the hard copies of the tickets 3-4 days in advance before the match. 

Ticket Prices

The prices of the tickets for the IPL matches vary from season to season. This year, the 13th Edition of the IPL is being held across nine venues over 54 days. Eight participating teams would be following the double round Robin format to face each other, followed by the playoffs. The prices of tickets would range between INR 340 to INR 8000. 

Ticket Cancellation

Once bought, you can cancel online tickets, but tickets purchased from the stadium counter are non-cancellable and cannot be refunded. However, if the play gets cancelled due to any unavoidable circumstances, the full price of tickets would be refunded to the ticket-holders.
