India vs England Test Series 2021 will be an exciting tournament that is highly anticipated by cricket lovers all over the world. BCCI is following all the safety protocols during the Covid19 pandemic, and the Indian players have been fully vaccinated ahead of the Test series against England. They will also undergo a series of Covid19 tests as their three-week break comes to an end. Team India was given sufficient downtime after the ICC World Test Championship final. The players who had received their first dose of the Covid19 vaccine in India were vaccinated with the second dose on July 7 and 9.

Before India vs England 2021 series kicks off, all the testing rounds were completed, and the family members who are travelling with the players too were tested. It was ensured that everyone from Team India is fully vaccinated before landing on British soil. Britain is holding all sporting events this year in a restricted environment, with very few spectators being allowed in the sporting arenas to follow social distancing norms.  

The rising cases of the Covid19 pandemic have made it crucial for the British health authorities to follow strict safety protocols for travellers arriving from overseas. England’s original squad for India vs England Test Match had to be shuffled after seven team players turned positive during ODIs against Pakistan. The Indian players will be in a biosecure environment in Durham with strict Covid19 protocols.
