Indian Premier League(IPL) is as good as an Indian festival and all enjoy the IPL’s yearly bonanza with a lot of enthusiasm. But we were not able to experience the vibrant energy that IPL brings to our Indian stadiums last year in 2020 as the COVID-19 pandemic struck the world. Nevertheless, the IPL was held in UAE with no in-person attendance, and we all still enjoyed last year’s IPL virtually from our homes.
But this year, the BCCI has brought the cash-rich league back to India. The games will be held across six venues in India from April 9 to May 30. The six venues are already decided – Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. This 52-day tournament will consist of 60 matches in total.
This year’s IPL auction was held on February 18 in Chennai, and all the remaining arrangements and practice sessions for the respective teams are happening at full pace. Like every year, all the IPL franchises released some players while retaining others. The teams participated in some competitive bids this year, and the highest bid was for Chris Morris at Rs 16.25 crores.
Many people across the world enjoy watching the IPL matches, but not everyone is interested in watching the IPL auctions. Many would be eager to know which players were retained and released by their favourite IPL teams.
So, here is the Punjab Kings team 2021 players list only for you. So, what are you waiting for? Check out how the new PK team 2021 looks like from the below table.
